Terms for salon clients

Who we are. KAIZER Booking is provided by Kaizer Inc., New York, USA (“we”). Contact: support@kaizerbooking.com.

These terms are for people who book an appointment, leave a request or fill in a form through pages made in KAIZER Booking. The salon you are contacting works with you under its own rules. Here is only what concerns the program itself.

Who is who

You are dealing with the salon, not with us. The salon accepts your booking, provides the service, takes payment and is responsible for its prices, cancellations and refunds. KAIZER Booking is the program the salon uses to run its appointments.

Your data

Your name, phone, e-mail and whatever you wrote in a request or a form go to the salon. The program stores them for the salon and does not use them for advertising of its own. Details: Privacy Policy. To learn what is kept about you, or to have it deleted, ask the salon.

Messages

By giving your phone and e-mail you agree to receive messages from the salon about your appointment: confirmation, reminder, cancellation. News and offers are sent by the salon only with your separate consent. Unsubscribe with the link in the letter or by replying STOP to an SMS. Carrier rates for SMS may apply.

Deposit and payment

If the salon asks for a deposit, payment goes through the payment provider, not through the program: your card number never enters the program. Refund rules for the deposit are set by the salon and shown when you book.

Accuracy

Book in your own name and give your own phone. Booking in someone else's name without their knowledge is not allowed.

Кто есть кто

Вы обращаетесь в салон, а не к нам. Салон принимает вашу запись, оказывает услугу, берёт оплату и отвечает за свои цены, отмены и возвраты. KAIZER Booking — программа, которой салон пользуется, чтобы вести записи.

Ваши данные

Имя, телефон, почта и то, что вы написали в заявке или анкете, попадают к салону. Программа хранит их для салона и не использует для собственной рекламы. Подробно: Политика конфиденциальности. Если хотите узнать, что о вас хранится, или удалить свои данные, обратитесь в салон.

Сообщения

Указав телефон и почту, вы соглашаетесь получать от салона сообщения о своей записи: подтверждение, напоминание, отмену. Рассылки о новостях и акциях салон отправляет только с вашего отдельного согласия. Отписаться можно ссылкой в письме или словом STOP в ответ на SMS. Тарифы оператора за SMS могут применяться.

Депозит и оплата

Если салон требует депозит, оплата проходит через платёжную систему, а не через программу: номер карты в программу не попадает. Условия возврата депозита устанавливает салон, они показаны при записи.

Точность данных

Записывайтесь на своё имя и указывайте свой телефон. Запись на чужое имя без ведома этого человека запрещена.

Estas condiciones son para quienes piden cita, dejan una solicitud o rellenan un formulario a través de páginas hechas en KAIZER Booking. El salón al que se dirige trabaja con usted según sus propias reglas. Aquí está solo lo que atañe al programa.

Quién es quién

Usted trata con el salón, no con nosotros. El salón acepta su cita, presta el servicio, cobra y responde de sus precios, cancelaciones y devoluciones. KAIZER Booking es el programa que el salón usa para llevar sus citas.

Sus datos

Su nombre, teléfono, correo y lo que escriba en una solicitud o un formulario llegan al salón. El programa los guarda para el salón y no los usa para publicidad propia. Detalles: Política de privacidad. Para saber qué se guarda sobre usted, o para borrarlo, diríjase al salón.

Mensajes

Al dar su teléfono y correo acepta recibir del salón mensajes sobre su cita: confirmación, recordatorio, cancelación. Las novedades y ofertas el salón las envía solo con su consentimiento aparte. Puede darse de baja con el enlace del correo o respondiendo STOP a un SMS. Pueden aplicarse tarifas del operador.

Depósito y pago

Si el salón pide un depósito, el pago pasa por la pasarela de pago, no por el programa: el número de su tarjeta nunca entra en el programa. Las condiciones de devolución del depósito las fija el salón y se muestran al reservar.

Exactitud

Reserve a su nombre y con su propio teléfono. No está permitido reservar a nombre de otra persona sin que lo sepa.
